3 fold brochure?

I need a website to download a 3 fold brochure for a health project. I have Micorsoft Works Word Processor a Microsoft Works Task Launcher. If any of those two has a brochure template could someone show me how to get it.

if you plan on having your brochure printed at a professional printing place for distribution, i suggest hiring a designer who knows how to create a brochure. its not as easy as you think, and a lot goes into the process.
First is Software: Should be designed using Adobe InDesign (and support files done w/ photoshop and illustrator), or Quark Express for page layout….these are the only programs accepted by a reputable print vendor.
Secondly is your look/feel design and concept. a designer is trained to properly communicate your ideas. While you may be a creative person and “dabble” on the computer, for your business i suggest letting a designer handle it all. They understand what a printer needs, they know what file formats and image resolutions to use, they know how to setup the documents properly, and so on.
MS WORKS may have a these template brochure programs, but by no means should they be used…..and i don’t say this because i think it takes business away from us professional designers, it actually brings us more business in the long run. Just saving you some time here.
Honestly sketch out your idea, and have some one do it for you…save yourself the grief and time. 
You might be able to find free templates to download for quark or inDesign to get you started. but again, using any MS program or publish it program won’t be accepted by a printer, and if any printer you use does accept these files, I’d be afraid to use them.
