Click the Office icon at the top, near the ribbon icons.

It’s not really productive to use Word. If you have Office, you probably have Microsoft Publisher, which is far more effective for creating brochures. You may need to find a tutorial if you haven’t used it before, but it’s easy to pick up.

I need to make a brochure for my class project and i have the new office word 2007. I figured out how to get a brochure template, but how do you add a picture. I tried right click and it says edit footer. Then when i click on a button that says paste, the picture ends up on the bottom and it wont move. Does anyone know how to fix this.

I don’t use Publisher, but I can think of something to try: when you’ve finished your brochure, do a SAVE AS rather than a SAVE, and name the file something that make sense to you. That way if you are using a template, your Saved As file becomes the actual document based on that template.
I’m just guessing, but I hope that helps.

To make a template in 07 you have to go to the Home button on the top left and click on new to access templates.
The themes button means that it will change the font, color and layout of your page to which ever you select.
References is for like a bibliography

So have to create a brochure and I dont have publisher but I heard that there is a template on microsoft word to make a brochure. I even found on a vido on youtube but its for the 2003 version but i have the 2007 version and the setup is different.
