Question by aroox23: Avon Independent sales representatives! I need your HELP!?
I am an Independent sales rep in PA. I have a few templates to use with my brochures, basically just little coupons and fun labels. But i have see from other reps soo many different flyers and coupons they use with their customers. WHERE DO I FIND THEM!! Anyone know of any websites?

searching for a job is tricky, especially if it’s months since you last did it! I was jobless recently, but I unearthed the resource in the box below which is extremely helpful in so many ways. By taking their advice, in a short while I soon got myself a job.

a brochure maker type thing. I only have Microsoft Works so if there are any templates for it that would be great. I don’t have Microsoft Word or any of the other Adobe programs. I need to make a professional looking brochure that I can print out. Please help if you can thank you.

works should have publisher 98 . if it doesnt you can download it at microsoftupdate.com

Well the Microsoft website has some templates put up by users for churches: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/templates/results.aspx?qu=church&av=TPL000 You don’t exactly say what the project is , but if it is a standard tri-fold brochure, simply use a standard brochure template http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/templates/results.aspx?qu=brochure&av=TPL000 and then click the “clip art” tab and find some religious clip art to replace the default graphics.

I have mircosoft publisher 2003 and i need to make a brochure 4 school. and i dont know how to get to the templates for brochures. if u could please help me that would be great!! please put as much info as u can thanks again

I’m feeling helpless here as I’m running Publisher 2007, not 2003, but the templates are under ‘Publication Types’. Try looking under Format/Format Publication, or by selecting ‘New’ under the File menu. Also look for ‘Search for Templates’ and type in Brochures. I hope this helps somewhat.

Oops, I’ve edited to read, I AM running 2007, not 2003. Any luck yet?

Question by Los Amigos de Bonsai: i need to know how to design a brochure. do you have a template for a one page two-sided color brochure?
I am not sure whether to use one full sheet like a magazine page ad, or a single sheet that is folded twice so it has three “column-like” frontice panels on each side, or a single sheet folded once so there are two panels on either side. I have the Copy in mind (more or less) and would like to include some photos. I am working with WIndows XP, Word, etc. I only have Acrobat Reader. Does anyone have a template doc or spreadsheet I can use as a basis to work with? Many thanks

I used the capsules brochure template in Microsoft Publisher 2007. I was finished with my brochure so I clicked print. however for some reason my computer prints an extra page BEFORE the page I wanted.

the extra page is a sample of the template saying stuff like “this is where you put your important information” and useless stuff like that. its basically what my brochure looked like before i put my info into it. i thought it would only happen once but every time i print something from publisher it does this. i scrolled up and down the publisher screen but it only shows 1 page, the page I edited.

its useless and wastes ink. How do I stop this?

A simple way is to just print the pages you want using the “From – To” option in the print dialog box. For example, you would type a 2 and a 4 in the appropriate boxes to print pages 2, 3, and 4 of your document.

Long term, and better solution is to delete the unwanted page and hope that nothing else gets goofed up. All you have to do is RIGHT click the page icon at the bottom left of the screen and choose delete.

I need to make a tri-fold brochure on my computer and it needs to be done by tomorrow. I have all the content, I just need a template or a good program that is either very cheap and easilly available at a local store, or downloadable for free or little cost. Needs to be quick and simple to use as well.

I had PrintMaster Pro or something like that on my old computer and it worked well for brochures, but the version I have is not compatible with Windows XP, which is on my current computer.

A simple FREE web program is My Brochure Maker (www.mybrochuremaker.com). Easy to use! Choose a template, type the text/pictures, and print.

i have been trying trial vertions from adobe and microsoft word and such but i cant seem to find a program that will print sideways and so i can fold my paper like a brochure. its insain im feeling like crap because microsoft is so inflexable crap they put out and how do they expect me to buy it if it sucks.

ok i need to make 2 fold brochure not unlike a folded paper you get from some one that says what they can do for you.

i just need a program that i can enter text ANY WHERE and flip it to ANY angle and resize it with out getting pixilated fonts and do the same with my pictures that i can put one and FLIP them RESIZE them and move them anywhere with out messing up all the text. and lest see what else microsoft wont let me do…..mmmm ya i dant want templates i want to do my one desine not a template! ya im gonn ago eat some food but th
sorry i thought my comp was gonna restart because i just uninstalled a crappy program that i was checking out,,, no names here. blah anyway can you see were im goning? plz let me know of any cool programs like this that i can use easy and simple..i dont care about links and blog crap with my program.. just a simple wel desined program i can use to make brochers(2 fold flyers) ya by the way micrsotf program would not print my page out (sideways) so i can foled it in stead it just skiped the hole side and printed it out like i dident want it to be…if anyone else thinks mircrosoft word and some of these “new” crap programs suck just star this Q. because i want to see what others say..anyway thanks hope i can get this put togeather fast so i can get my stuff finished tytyty!!

Hello guys

I am student in sweden and i hold MCSE CCNA with 8 years computer experience,

i live in small city, and i want to make little money by fixing the local ppl and companies computer and network.

I was looking for to make an Ad and print and distribute it. i want to fit everything in one page . i was looking for easy solution if i can find a template like that online. i tried googling but couldn’t find. i dont want to spend time to install adobe in design design it myself.

i am looking for template so i can change the words into swedish and print it and ready to go.

If you have microsoft office go to publisher and all you have to do is select the type of brochure you want and it has all the templates. All you have to do is to fill it with your information. I do it all the time. If you want help just e-mail me at jdmctsen@escape.ca
