Hi guy im not experienced graphic designer but i do Logo designs and all, but not like this time
one of my client ask me how much for total package for following items to design
anyone tell me current market price(for following items) please………

HE HAS TO CREATE A TRAVELING BROCHURE ON ANCIENT CHINA THATS DUE TOMORROW! WELL WE HAVE BEEN WRESTLING WITH THIS MS WORKS WORD PROCESSOR FOR ABOUT 2 HOURS AND STILL HAVE GOT NOTHING DONE! I DONT HAVE ANYTHING ELSE THAT I COULD USE SO DONT TRY TO RECOMMEND ANYTHING ELSE FOR ME TO TRY TO USE ALL I HAVE IS MS WORKS WORD PROCESSOR! THE PROBLEM IS THAT I HAVE JUST FIGURED OUT HOW TO MAKE A TRI FOLD BROCHURE BUT NOW I NEED TO KNOW IF THERE ARE ANY LAYOUTS OR TEMPLATES I CAN USE BECAUSE I DONT WANT FOR THE BROCURE TO LOOK PLAIN….SOMEONE PLEASE HELP, ANYONE AND QUICK!

If you have Microsoft Office 2007 then open Word, press Office button, press New and click Brochures in the left panel, and then choose one that you like.

i’m trying to make a brochure and in order to do this I need to click ‘file’ and then ‘templates’ but I can’t find the ‘file’ button or icon. please help1

Click the Office icon at the top, near the ribbon icons.

Question by Tavannia7: Experienced Graphic Designers ONLY (please) Do you think its good design judgement to use silhouettes?
I know ipod had the silhouette thing, but nowadays the only silhouette designs I really see are in powerpoint templates. My friend is making a branding system for himself and his logo is really good but for his other branding materials he wants to incorporate business people silhouettes with a blue gradient background. I told him his brochure looked like a template and not nearly as creative as his logo, but he disagrees. What do you think? (examples of what I’m talking about:

I don’t have an example of his brochure but it is very similar to the blue powerpoint designs in the above link.

My personal opinion on silhouettes is, if it’s unique, something new, it can be really eye catching. If it’s not totally unique and doesn’t grab an immediate second look I would advise him to put a logo on the bottom right, maybe incorporate a gradient spot color of his primary logo color with his business name in text.

It’s easy, and should look classy and professional. If you must use a picture make sure it doesn’t take away from the logo after all it sounds like he is still branding.

My 2 cents. Good luck with whatever he picks.

Is there one on Microsoft Office Word?
How do you get to it?

Better yet, is there a brochure-making template on the internet? Because i dont have Microsoft Word

Use openoffice. It’s an office suite similar to Microsoft Office and has a program similar to Word called Writer. Google “templates” or “Word “Brochure Templates” and see if any website has them. I’m sure the Microsoft web site has a few. Open Office Writer is almost completely compatible with MS Word, and It’s Free!

Hi! I have a geography project due TOMMORROW, I’ve got all the information and everythings ready, but its supposed to be a brochure. I don’t have word publisher on my computer and I was wondering if you have any websites or places I can get a printable brochure template. Like, a blank brochure template that I can print off, NOT download please. Thanks!
To make one is my backup plan, but I’m not great at cutting and getting things right. But I can do it as a last resort. but PLEASE GIVE PRINTABLE SUGGESTIONS?

Your subject says you want a microsoft brochure, but you say Microsoft doesn’t work for you. What does this mean?

Microsoft word and Microsoft publisher both have brochure templates. Do you have Office software?

Log into your Google Docs account,

Create New > From Template… > My Templates tab > Choose a template or Submit a Template

I have to make a two panel brochure. On microsoft word it gives me all these templates but I don’t want any of them. I just want a blank one so that I can use Arial font size 11. It will not let me do it. I’m just going to write what I need to write for my brochure and then have somebody help me at school on Monday. I really need to know how many words will fit on a two panel brochure using Arial size 11 so that I know how much room I have. Could somebody please help me???? :’(
