I have an HP Photosmart 2570 printer and understand most of the basics, but was just curious about a few things…I would like to create my own CD & DVD covers in Photoshop and can’t figure out how to print them in the exact sizes I need. (For example; The DVD covers that slide into the black plastic cases are 10-3/4″ X 7-1/8″ but my printer will only give me choices like…4″ X 6″, 8″ X 10″, etc…
I’ve tried clicking on re-size/custom but, my choices there are either pixel size or % instead of exact inches which is confusing.
I also noticed in “create”, it gives you choices like calendars, flyers, etc… (Is it possible to download an additional template into this section to specifically create CD & DVD covers in the exact sizes I need? If so, can anyone tell me how to do this and where to find this particular template on the web? Also, what kind of paper do I use that is similar to the kind DVD manufacturers use?)
Any info would be appreciated.

Check you DPI (Dots Per Inch) setting on Photoshop. This can cause a mismatch in your size.
