Don’t just google it and give me all the links you’ve find, i’ve already tried all of that. Personal experiences? I have a mac if that helps. I’m looking for a template like, old fashiony.

Well the template would need to work with a specific program like Word, or you might have alignment and printing issues.
If you’re using Word, for example, there are many free templates you can use. Microsoft Office offers many to chose from.
Start with whatever program you will be using to make your brochure and then do a search for any templates. A lot of paper companies also offer free templates you can download and use.
